The Verbena officinalis - a perennial plant up to 80 cm Stem tetrahedral, erect. Leaves are oblong, situated on short stalks. The flowers are pale violet, divided into 5 petals, numerous, clustered in panicles. Flowering from June to September. Medicinal raw material is all the aboveground part of plants with flowers, harvested during the flowering period, usually no roots.
Verbena has a spasmolytic effect, improves blood circulation, eliminates the headaches and dizziness. This is a powerful tool against vascular dystonia, normalizes blood pressure, facilitates drainage and withdrawal of fluid trapped in the tissues, and substances that cause inflammation.
